Together with investor BW, we have commenced construction on two projects in the North

VEV is proud to collaborate with investor BW in designing the prestigious Ready-built warehouse and Ready-built factory project chain.  It’s with great excitement that we reveal these projects have successfully advanced to the construction commencement stage.

In celebration of this achievement, the projects recently were held groundbreaking ceremonies in Bac Ninh province. The joyous events took place on consecutive days, May 15th and 16th, marking significant progress in bringing these visions to life.

BW-ESR Nam Son Hap Linh Logistics Park will deliver a GFA of approximately 112,000 sqm of modern ramp-up logistics facilities for lease.

BW-ESR Yen Phong Industrial & Logistics Park, with a GFA of 162,000 sqm, offers two institutional grade products – ramp-up ready-built warehouse spaces as well as ready-built factory spaces equipped with cargo lifts

Accompanying the investor KCN Vietnam – groundbreaking ceremony for the ready-built warehouse project at Thuan Thanh Industrial Park, Bac Ninh.
