Honored to see VEV’s name and logo featured on the new construction background, marking the beginning of 2024 with the ready-built warehouse and ready-built factory project for KCN Vietnam investor. This foretells an energizing and promising year ahead.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the KCN Phu An Thanh project – phase 2, was solemnly held on January 16, 2024. VEV has the privilege of serving as the design consultant for this significant project.

Our general director, Mr. Nguyen Truong Hai, attended as our representative.

The project is situated in the southern key economic region, serving as a gateway that connects the Southeast with the Mekong Delta, Phu An Thanh Industrial Park, located in Long An province, boasts a convenient location just 35km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, facilitating easy access to inland ports.

With an expansive area of approximately 14 hectares and a total investment reaching around 50 million USD, KCN Phu An Thanh offers two main products: ready-built factory and ready-built warehouse available for rent. These facilities cater to a diverse range of industries.

We express our best wishes for the project’s timely completion and anticipate its resounding success.

As we turn the pages of time and bid farewell to 2023, it stands out as a pivotal year marked by the successful progression of a series of Ready-Built Factory (RBF) and Ready-Built Warehouse (RBW) projects.
