After the period of negotiation, the Sri Lanka Owner of Fashion Garment already make the decision to select the Main Contractor CIC5 and the Consultants VEV to design and build one garment factory followed the LEED GOLD Benchmark in Tan Phu IP- Dong Nai. The project with construction cost more than 4 mil USD which has been certified by GBCI – green Building Certification Institute. This project meet the requirements of Green Building in many factors:  reduction of Heat Island Effect,Quantity and Quality Control of Rain Water Harvesting, reuse the rain water for irritation and sanitary cleaning ; reduction of waste water; energy saving for total building; application for sustainable and environmental  material and Controllability ofr indoor air quality. This project is expected to achieve 60-65 LEED points in LEED Scorecard to get the LEED GOLD Certificate in this year.
